I grew up in a small town about an hour outside of Pittsburgh called Hookstown, PA. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Biology from The University of Pittsburgh. Shortly after, I moved to Buffalo, NY where I earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville University. After I graduated, I moved back to Pittsburgh- not only to escape the dreadful Buffalo winters, but because Pittsburgh is home.

My journey to becoming a chiropractor started with severe, daily tension headaches that had been going on for about 2 years. I got to the point where I didn’t know where to turn in the standard healthcare system. So, I decided to try chiropractic care. It took about 2 treatments to figure out how life-changing it was! I immediately wondered why no one had recommended it to me sooner. It quickly became my mission to provide this type of relief to people struggling with the same life-altering pain I had experienced.

Fun Facts About the Doctor

There is rarely a true-crime documentary that I haven’t seen.
My real name is Kathleen, but I was nicknamed Katie when I was little, and it has stuck ever since!
I LOVE to cook.
My favorite food is pizza, and I truly believe there is no such thing as a bad slice.

Huck

Huck is one of our part-time employees.
He has no shortage of energy or kisses.
He enjoys snuggling, and destroying all the stuffed toys he can get his paws on.

Finn

Finn is another one of our part-time employees.
Finn finds his enjoyment in mud puddles as well as a good squeaky toy.
